Everyday Foods Homemade: Honey Mustard Dressing

I am not certain where this recipe came from originally so if you know any information about it’s origination please let me know in the comments below.
This recipe was given to me from a relative.  We keep it on hand as our “go to” dressing.  Its great for salads, but also good on sandwiches, etc...  What I love is that it only has 5 ingredients, and perfectly tangy! It’s a honey mustard dressing but there is no honey in it, it’s actually maple syrup.  And in efforts to do less work, I multiply the recipe by 4 on most occasions which makes approximately 1 pint.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Ground Pepper to taste
Directions:

Whisk all ingredients until combined and keep in the refrigerator.
Bon Appetite!

Oh nice! You will have to let me know how you like it. If you think it tastes too mustardy, or anything else I just use judgement and add whatever it needs to balance it out.
