Happy Friday To One & All.

     So I just couldn’t resist posting this picture of our littlest intern, I love his little chubby hands! And I couldn’t leave out our older inter Zion (she’s got 2 years on Liam).

     You know they say that kids end up like their parents; I am really hoping that we are able to set a fine example so that the things that are important to us will be important to them as well. For instance being healthy, helping others, and of course making jewelry <3>

Someone's Got Mail!!

We had our first jewelry giveaway last week. It went very well and I can't wait to do another one. As I write this I am already planning the next one. Hopefully, in the next few weeks we will be posting the next fun giveaway.

What I've learned

The last few days have been fun. I've worn my new earrings everyday. And so what I have learned is that anything can be my style... if, I am willing to rock it. When I first found these vintage hand beaded earrings I really didn't have that high of expectations for them. But now I view them so differently. I can't wait to send them to our 4 winners. And I will be popping those in the mail on Monday. Next week you will be finding a little present in your mailbox.

Heavy Metal II

Hurray... It's a jewelry give away

Today, I happen to be going through some stuff I had and I happen to run into a box of beaded jewelry. It was pretty dusty. As I opened it, it made me think of an old friend of mine. Many years ago when we had just moved to the area I be-friended an older woman here in our neighborhood. We talked about all types of things and She knew I liked to bead and make jewelry. Well, one day I went to her house and she had something for me. It was a box of vintage jewelry, beads, and brooches... She wanted me to have it and make fun things out of the stuff. She even showed me some of the things she had made many years ago. Well, today I found a box of her beaded jewelry. I love seeing what others create. The earrings she made are so intricate and at first I have to say... I thought they were nothing. They weren't my style. I wasn't that interested in them. But after I washed them and I thought about where they had come from I realized I needed to give them a chance. So, I wore this pair all day. And I have to say... I LOVE THEM!!! I plan to add them to my earring collection. 


So, I challenge you to wear something new, something bold, something different than your norm. 

You never know, you just might find a new love...
